As of the evening of April 3, there have been 111 combat engagements on the front lines. The enemy has been most active in the Pokrovsk direction, where they carried out 37 assault actions, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the day, there have been 111 combat engagements. The enemy launched one missile strike and 68 airstrikes, using one missile and 121 guided aerial bombs, along with 753 kamikaze drone attacks. They also carried out nearly 4,000 artillery shellings on Ukrainian positions.

In the Kharkiv direction, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy assaults towards Kamianka and in the vicinity of Vovchansk.

The enemy launched five attacks on our fortifications in the Kupiansk direction, targeting the areas of Zahrizove, Petroplavivka, and the direction of Nova Kruhliakivka. Two engagements are still ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces conducted 17 assaults on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Hrekivka, Nove, Katerynivka, and towards Novomykhailivka and Zelena Dolyna, with two battles still ongoing.

In the Siversk direction, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy assault actions in the areas of Verkhnokamianske and towards Ivanodarivka and Vyimka.

Today, our forces repelled one attack by the enemy towards Predtеchyne in the Kramatorsk direction.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russian army launched 16 assaults today on our defenders' positions in the areas of Dachne, Druzhba, Dilyivka, Toretsk, and Leonidivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 37 assault and offensive actions throughout the day. Russian forces were active in the areas of the settlements of Novokalynove, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Zviriv, Udachne, Preobrazhenka, Stribne, Novoserhiivka, Nadiivka, Uspenivka, Andriivka, and towards Romanivka, Oleksiivka, and Oleksandropil. The battles continue in two locations.

According to preliminary estimates, today our forces eliminated 269 enemy soldiers and wounded 135 in this direction. They also destroyed one vehicle, a satellite communications device, a motorcycle, a mortar, nine armored combat vehicles, four tanks, and three infantry fighting vehicles. Additionally, a tank and an infantry fighting vehicle of the enemy were significantly damaged.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the Russian army launched seven attacks on Ukrainian military positions, attempting to advance towards Rozlyv and Konstantynopil. Three engagements are still ongoing.

In the Huliaipole direction, the Russian army carried out airstrikes with unguided rockets on Novopil and Malynivka and dropped KAB bombs on Komyshuvakha, though no active offensive actions were conducted.

In the Orikhiv direction, eight engagements took place in the areas of the settlements of Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky, and Kamyanske, with three battles still ongoing.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy attempted twice to advance toward our defenders' positions.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their operations in the Kursk direction. Today, Ukrainian troops repelled seven enemy attacks in this direction, with two engagements still ongoing. The enemy carried out 334 artillery shellings, including four from multiple rocket launch systems; they also launched 10 airstrikes, dropping 17 KAB bombs.

Russia's losses in the war

According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has lost over 919,000 soldiers.

In particular, over the past 24 hours, the Russian army lost 1,390 soldiers. Additionally, yesterday, the Defense Forces destroyed 6 tanks, 22 armored combat vehicles, 49 artillery systems, 92 drones, and other enemy equipment.
