Over 100 combat engagements were registered in the frontline. The biggest clashes were registered in the Pokrovsk sector, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Over the past day, 101 combat engagements were recorded. Russian troops conducted 56 air strikes, dropping 104 guided aerial bombs, used 2,638 kamikaze drones and fired over 5,100 artillery rounds, 186 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

Sectors

In the Kharkiv sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 2 Russian attacks near Bochkove and Krasne Pershne.

In the Kupiansk sector, 2 Russian assault attempts were registered in the areas of Zahryzove and Ivanivka.

In the Lyman sector, Russia tried to break through the defense 13 times in the areas of Novoliubivka, Ivanivka, and Yampolivka.

In the Siversk sector, a Russian attack was registered near Bilohorivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, 3 combat engagements took place near Chasiv Yar, Stupochky and Predtechyne.

In the Toretsk sector, Russian troops conducted 13 attacks in the areas of Krymske and Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk sector, 21 combat engagements took place. Russia tried to advance in the areas of Oleksandropil, Lysivka, Promin, Dachenske, Preobrazhenka, Kotlyne, Ulakly and Andriivka.

In the Novopavlivka sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 7 Russian attacks, who tried to break through in the direction of Kostiantynopil, Burlatske and Skudne.

In the Huliaipole sector, Russia tried to attack in the direction of Pryvilne.

In the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 4 Russian attacks in the areas of Stepove and Nesterianka.

In the Kursk sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 29 Russian attacks, who also launched 13 air strikes using 17 guided bombs and fired 308 artillery rounds, 17 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

No active Russian attacks were recorded in the Prydniprovskyi sector.

There are no signs of Russian offensive groups forming in the Volyn and Polissia sectors.

In addition, the aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck 14 areas of concentration of Russian personnel and equipment, as well as destroyed an artillery system and 2 Russian control centers.

Russian losses

Over the past day, the Russian army lost 1,340 soldiers in the fighting against Ukraine. In addition, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 45 artillery systems, 86 drones and 101 vehicles.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Russia's losses have amounted to approximately 879,410 troops. The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated 10,255 Russian tanks, 21,298 armored vehicles, 24,064 artillery systems, 1,306 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,094 air defense systems, 370 aircraft, 331 helicopters, 27,741 drones and 3,085 cruise missiles, 28 ships and boats and a submarine.
