Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of February 10

There were 99 combat engagements along the entire frontline yesterday. Ukrainian troops inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the Russian occupation forces and actively undermine Russia's offensive potential in the rear, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, yesterday Russia launched a total of two missile strikes at the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, as well as 87 air strikes, dropping 138 guided bombs.
In addition, it carried out more than 5,800 attacks, including 133 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 2,427 kamikaze drones to attack.
Russia carried out air strikes, in particular in the vicinity of populated areas:
- Oleksandrivka, Nesterne, Slatyne, Udy in Kharkiv region;
- Filiia in Dnipropetrovsk region;
- Zvirove, Pokrovsk, Hrodivka, Kostiantynivka, Yasynuvata, Bahatyr, Rozlyv, Odradne, Novosilka, Storozhove, Novopil in Donetsk region;
- Huliaipole, Chervone, Piatykhatky, Kamianske, Lukianivske, Stepnohirsk in Zaporizhzhia region;
- Prydniprovske in Kherson region.
Sectors
In the Kharkiv sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 3 Russian attacks in Vovchansk and Fyholivka.
In the Kupiansk sector, Russians attacked 7 times yesterday. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled Russia's assault near the settlements of Bohuslavka, Stepova Novosilka, Holubivka, Nova Kruhliakivka, Petropavlivka, and Zahryzove.
Russia attacked 10 times in the Lyman sector. It tried to advance near the settlements of Zelenyi Hai, Novoserhiivka, Yampolivka, Kolodiazi, Kopanky, and Novoliubivka.
10 firefights were registered in the Kramatorsk sector near Chasiv Yar.
In the Toretsk sector, Russia carried out 13 attacks near the towns of Toretsk, Krymske, and Shcherbynivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped 33 Russian attacks in the areas of Zelene Pole, Vodiane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Pishchane, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Andriivka and Dachne.
Russia actively used aviation in the Novopavlivka sector, trying to break through 10 times in vain near Kostyantynopil.
In the operational zone in the Kursk region, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 18 Russian attacks yesterday. In addition, Russia launched 39 airstrikes with 69 guided bombs and fired 493 artillery shells at the positions of Ukrainian troops and localities, including 9 from multiple rocket launchers.
Russia did not conduct any assault operations in the Siversk, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, and Prydniprovskyi sectors yesterday.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups were detected.
Russia's losses
Over the past day, the aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit one Buk anti-aircraft missile system, 7 areas of concentration of Russian personnel and military equipment, five artillery systems, and command posts.
The total Russian losses amounted to 1,170 invaders over the past day.
Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized 9 Russian tanks, 16 armored combat vehicles, 35 artillery systems, three air defense systems, 137 operational and tactical UAVs, 109 vehicles, and one unit of special equipment.
