Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of February 1

In the last 24 hours of January, 134 battles took place on the frontlines. Nearly half of them occurred in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Pokrovsk direction
In the Pokrovsk direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces stopped 61 enemy assaults towards the settlements of Mashivka, Yelyzavetivka, Novotoretske, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Novoukrainka, Udachne, Kotliarivka, Novoandriivka, Oleksiivka, Uspenivka, Andriivka, Dachne, and Ulakly.
Situation in other directions
In the Kharkiv direction, two enemy attacks were recorded near the settlement of Vovchansk.
In the Kupiansk direction, six attacks by the occupiers occurred within the day. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults in the directions of Lozova, Bohuslavka, Pishchane, Petropavlivka, and Zahryzove.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy launched 11 attacks, attempting to advance near Zelena Dolyna, Novomykhailivka, Novoehorivka, Makiivka, Yampolivka, and Kolodiaz.
Yesterday, the enemy made six assault attempts to displace the Ukrainian Armed Forces from positions in the areas of Bilohorivka, Verkhniokamianske, and Spirne in the Siversk direction, without success.
In the Kramatorsk direction, five assaults took place in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Stupochky, Bila Hora, and Predtechyne.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out ten attacks near the settlement of Toretsk.
In the Novopavlivka direction, Defense Forces repelled nine enemy assaults. The enemy focused their offensive efforts in the areas of Kostiantynopil and Rozdolne.
With the support of assault and bomber aviation, the enemy twice, without success, attempted to push the Ukrainian Armed Forces from their positions in the Huliaipole direction near the settlements of Novopil and Novosilka.
In the Orikhiv direction, in the area of Novodanylivka, the invaders launched one unsuccessful assault on the positions of Ukrainian troops.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Russian invaders attacked the Ukrainian Armed Forces four times. After suffering losses, they retreated.
In the Kursk direction, Defense Forces repelled 12 enemy attacks and the enemy carried out 347 artillery shellings, including eight from multiple rocket launchers, and conducted 20 air strikes, dropping 29 FABs.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of enemy offensive groupings were detected.
On the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy is using artillery from Russian territory to target Ukrainian settlements.
Russian losses in Ukraine
In the past 24 hours, Russian losses amounted to 1,430 military personnel. Additionally, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 9 tanks, 22 armored fighting vehicles, 48 artillery systems, 1 multiple rocket launcher system, 121 operational-tactical level UAVs, 77 vehicles, and 1 piece of enemy special equipment.
Furthermore, the missile and artillery forces of the Defense Forces struck two areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, one air defense system, four artillery systems, and three enemy command posts.
