As of the evening of November 28, 188 combat engagements had been recorded. The situation remains tense in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions, where Russian forces are focusing their main offensive efforts, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Enemy shelling

Today, Russia launched two missile strikes, using 97 missiles, 23 airstrikes, and dropping 44 guided aerial bombs.

Additionally, Russian forces deployed over 700 kamikaze drones for attacks and carried out approximately 3,900 strikes targeting Ukrainian positions and civilian settlements.

Frontline situation

In the Kharkiv direction, Russian forces launched 11 assaults on Ukrainian positions near Vovchansk, Tykhe, and Hlyboke. Russian aviation struck the settlements of Lyptsi and Neskuchne with four air-dropped bombs.

In the Kupiansk direction, enemy forces attacked Ukrainian positions 24 times near Fyholivka, Kolisnykivka, Zahryzove, Holubivka, Kindrashivka, Zelenyi Hai, Raihorodok, Lozova, and Kruhliakivka. Three enemy attacks remain ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, Russian troops launched seven assaults on Ukrainian defenders near Tverdokhlibove, Hrekivka, Pershotravneve, Torske, Yampilivka, and Terny.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled five Russian attempts to advance near Chasiv Yar, Bila Hora, and Stupochky.

In the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian troops pushed back five enemy attacks near Toretsk and Diliivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces conducted 50 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Krutyi Yar, Dachenske, Zhovte, Chumatske, Novyi Trud, and Pustynka. Eighteen clashes are ongoing in this sector.

Enemy’s losses in the Pokrovsk direction totaled 442 personnel killed and wounded, alongside two armored combat vehicles, one mortar, and two pieces of automotive equipment destroyed. An additional vehicle and an armored combat vehicle were damaged.

In the Kurakhove direction, Russian forces attempted 42 assaults, primarily near Sontsivka, Berestky, Novodmytrivka, Kurakhove, Dalne, Yelyzavetivka, Romanivka, Antonivka, Uspenivka, and Dachne.

The enemy suffered 63 killed and 74 wounded in this direction. Ukrainian defenders also destroyed one tank and three armored combat vehicles and damaged two tanks and five additional armored combat vehicles.

In the Vremivka direction, Russian troops launched 20 assaults against Ukrainian positions near Trudove, Veselyi Hai, Kostiantynopolske, Novopil, Rozlyv, Rozdolne, Sukhi Yaly, and Novodarivka.

In the Orikhiv and Huliaipole directions, Russian forces conducted no active operations.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Russian troops carried out three unsuccessful assaults on Ukrainian positions.

Enemy’s losses in the war

According to the General Staff, total Russian losses since the start of the full-scale invasion exceed 736,000 personnel.

Over the past 24 hours alone, Ukrainian forces eliminated 1,220 Russian troops. Additionally, one tank, two armored combat vehicles, 22 artillery systems, and other enemy equipment were destroyed yesterday.
