Russia's losses in Ukraine as of November 28: +1,220 troops, 22 artillery systems, 45 drones
On November 27, the Ukrainian military eliminated 1,220 Russian troops. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russian losses have already exceeded 736,000 military personnel, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 28, 2024, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 736,630 (+1,220) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 9,450 (+1);
- armored personnel vehicle - 19306 (+2);
- artillery systems - 20,852 (+22);
- MLRS - 1,256;
- anti-aircraft warfare systems - 1,005;
- airplanes - 369;
- helicopters - 329;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 19661 (+45);
- cruise missiles - 2,765;
- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- motor vehicles and fuel tanks - 30,186 (+60);
- special equipment - 3,697 (+10).
Situation at front
As of the evening of November 27, 150 combat engagements took place in the frontline. The situation was the hottest in the Pokrovske and Kurakhove sectors, and Russians were also active in the Kupiansk and Vremivka sectors.
As of the morning of November 28, a total of 157 combat engagements took place at the front. The areas around Kurakhove and Pokrovsk remain the most difficult spots.
In particular, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces conducted two strikes on the areas where enemy personnel were concentrated.
