Since the beginning of November 7, 102 combat clashes have occurred on the front lines. The main efforts of the Russian army are concentrated in the Kurakhove direction, where they launched almost half of all attacks, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Russian shelling

According to the General Staff, the border regions of Sumy region continue to suffer from Russian airstrikes. The Russian army used guided air bombs in the areas of Yunakivka, Zhuravka, and Vodolagy.

Russian artillery also targeted several settlements in Chernihiv and Sumy regions today, including Volfyne, Luhivka, Pavlivka, Zhuravka, Novenke, Vodolagy, Velyka Pysarivka, Leonivka, and Khrinivka.

Russia also carried out twelve airstrikes, using 15 guided bombs in the Kursk region.

Situation in the directions

In the Kharkiv direction, the Russian forces launched two assaults on Ukrainian positions near Vovchansk. One battle is ongoing, and the situation is under control. The enemy also dropped air bombs on Tsapivka, Kozacha Lopan, and launched unguided air-to-surface missiles on Vysoka Yaruz.

Three attacks were launched by the enemy in the Kupiansk direction. Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy assaults near Kruhliakivka and Lozova. Fighting continues at both locations.

In the Lyman direction, enemy units attacked in the areas of Druzhyliubivka, Hrekivka, Makiivka, Katerynivka, Terny, Torsk, Serebrianka, Bilohorivka, and Hryhorivka. Since the start of the day, Ukrainian forces have repelled nine attacks, and four combat clashes are ongoing.

In the Siversk direction, a fight continues near Pereizne.

In the Kramatorsk direction, four assault actions continue near Stupochky and Bila Hora. Two enemy attacks have already been repelled.

In the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian defenders have repelled two enemy assaults near Toretsk. Another battle is still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the start of the day, the Russian troops have attempted 15 times to dislodge Ukrainian defenders from their positions near Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Krutyi Yar, and Selydove. The Defense Forces have successfully repelled 13 of these attacks. Others are still ongoing. The enemy is suffering significant losses in manpower.

The Russian forces dropped two guided bombs on Yelyzavetivka and Rivne.

In the Kurakhove direction, the Russian soldiers, in some cases with aviation support, have attacked Ukrainian positions 40 times, attempting to advance in the areas of Illinka, Novoselydivka, Kreminna Balka, Novodymytrivka, Sontsivka, Maksymilianivka, Antonivka, Dalne, and Katerynivka. Currently, 29 combat clashes are ongoing.

In the Vremivka direction, Russian forces conducted four attacks on Ukrainian positions near Trudove, Rozlyv, and Sukhi Yaly. Two combat clashes continue. The enemy carried out airstrikes on the settlements of Velyka Novosilka and Novodarivka.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy carried out airstrikes with guided bombs in the areas of Zaporizhzhia, Mala Tokmachka, Novopavlivka, Novoandriivka, and Stepnohirsk, dropping nine air bombs.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy carried out two unsuccessful assaults on the positions of Ukrainian units.

Frontline situation and Russian losses

According to the General Staff, on November 6, 148 combat clashes were recorded. The most active Russian offensives took place in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has lost 704,300 soldiers.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces eliminated another 1,400 soldiers, as well as 10 tanks, 20 armored combat vehicles, 24 artillery systems, and other enemy equipment.
