Over the past day, September 23, 143 combat engagements took place in the combat line. In the Toretsk sector, the Russians were using aviation, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Over the past day, the missile forces and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck 12 areas of concentration of Russian personnel and weapons, 2 air defense systems, 5 artillery systems, 1 UAV control center, and 2 radar stations of the Russian occupiers,” the General Staff writes.

Sectors

In the Kharkiv sector, 2 combat engagements took place in the vicinity of Lyptsi and Tykhe.

In the Kupiansk sector, 7 Russian attacks were repelled in the areas of Hlushkivka, Kucherivka, Kolisnykivka, and Stelmakhivka.

In the Lyman sector, 19 Russian attacks were repelled in the areas of Cherneshchyna, Druzheliubivka, Nevske, Makiivka, Dibrova, Torske, and Dronivka.

In the Siversk sector, the Russian attack near Fedorivka was stopped.

In the Kramatorsk sector, 5 Russian attempts to advance near Kalynivka, Klishchiyivka, Bila Hora, and Predtechyno were repelled.

In the Toretsk sector, Russia tried to advance 15 times with the support of attack aircraft.

In the Pokrovsk sector, 30 attacks were repelled in the areas of Vozdvyzhenka, Marynivka, Myroliubivka, Novotoretske, Mykolaivka, Novohrodivka, Zhuravka, Krasnyi Yar and Zelene Pole.

In the Kurakhove sector, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 21 attacks in the areas of Tsukuryno, Heorhiivka, Kostiantynivka, Katerynivka, and Ukrainsk.

In the Vremivka sector, Russians conducted 8 attempts to seize Ukrainian positions near Pavlivka and Vuhledar.

In the Orikhiv sector, Russia attacked near Novoaleksandrivka.

In the Prydniprovskyi sector, the Russians conducted four assaults and were repulsed.

Russia's losses in war against Ukraine

Since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost more than 645,000 manpower. Over the past day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated another 1,400 Russian occupants and destroyed 16 tanks, 40 armored combat vehicles, and 61 artillery pieces.
