Over the past day, September 9, 167 combat engagements occurred along the contact line. In the Vremivka sector, the Russians actively engaged in assault and bomber aircraft, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Yesterday, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out 13 strikes on the areas of concentration of Russian personnel and weapons, and also destroyed five artillery systems," the General Staff writes.

Sectors

In the Kharkiv sector, there were 2 firefights near the settlements of Vovchansk and Hlyboke.

In the Kupiansk sector, 12 Russian attacks took place in the direction of Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Hlushkivka, Stelmakhivka, and Lozova.

In the Lyman sector, Russians attacked 14 times. The focus was on Nevske, Novosadove, Torske, Hryhorivka and Makiivka.

In the Siversk sector, 14 Russian attacks were repelled near Verkhniokamianske, Ivano-Dariivka, Spirne, and Zvanivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, Russians attacked twice in the area of Bila Hora.

In the Toretsk sector, Russian proxies conducted nine attacks near Nelipivka and Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk sector, 41 Russian assaults and offensive actions were stopped. The highest concentration of Russian attacks was near Mykhailivka and Novohrodivka.

In the Kurakhove sector, Russia conducted 46 attacks. The Russians made their main efforts in the areas of Ukrainske, Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka, and Heorhiivka.

In the Vremivka sector, the Russians carried out 9 attacks. They actively used attack and bomber aircraft to attack the area.

In the Orikhivka sector, Russia carried out 3 attacks in the areas of Mala Tokmachka and Mali Shcherbaky.

In the Prydniprovskyi sector, Russian invaders attacked Ukrainian positions nine times. We received a tough rebuff and suffered losses.
