Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of August 10

Since the beginning of 10 August, 72 combat engagements have already taken place on the frontline. The Russians continue to storm Chasiv Yar and suffer losses there, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already repelled one of the Russian attacks on Vovchansk, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
More than a third of today's fighting took place in the Pokrovsk sector. In addition, the Russian occupiers are using aircraft to strike at Ukrainian territory, with the border of the Sumy region suffering the most.
Sectors
Sumy and Chernihiv regions continue to suffer from Russian artillery shelling from the territory of Russia. Thus, 14 districts of different localities came under Russian fire. These include Popivka, Ulanove, Zarutske, Velyka Pysarivka, Karpovychi and Bleshnia.
In the Kharkiv sector, Ukrainian troops repelled one Russian attack in the area of Vovchansk. Two more combat engagements are ongoing there.
In the Kupiansk sector, Russia unsuccessfully stormed the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Stelmakhivka and Berestove 4 times.
In the Lyman sector, the Russian army launched 9 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Nevske and Makiivka over the day. 6 engagements ended without success for Russians, while 3, near Nevske, are ongoing.
In the Siversk sector, Russia is trying to find a weakness in the Ukrainian defense. It launched 5 attacks near Bilohorivka, Vyimka, and Spirne, but was fiercely repulsed. Russia's losses are being clarified.
In the Kramatorsk sector, Russia launched 8 attacks near Chasiv Yar and Bila Hora. 3 of which have not yet been completed. Russia is suffering losses and is concentrating its efforts in the area of Chasiv Yar.
The number of hostile attacks in the Toretsk sector increased to 7. Ukrainian troops stopped 2 of them. Fighting is still ongoing near New York and Toretsk. Russia continues to bombard his city: there have been 4 Russian attacks today. Russia struck the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the Druzhba area with 12 unguided aerial missiles.
In the Pokrovsk sector, since the beginning of the day, Russians have already made 25 attempts to push Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the vicinity of 8 different settlements. The largest number of combat engagements took place near Hrodivka and Zhelanne - 8 and 7 respectively. Areas near Oleksandropil were hit by guided and unguided aerial bombs.
In the Kurakhove sector, 8 Russian attacks in the direction of Karlivka, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, and Kostiantynivka were stopped by Ukrainian Defense Forces.
In the Vremivka sector, a firefight near Vodiane was unsuccessful for Russia. Russians attacked Neskuchne with guided aerial bombs. Also, they attacked twice with multiple rocket launchers near Novodonetske.
Two Russian attacks in the Prydniprovskyi sector were unsuccessful.
