The enemy continues to ignore the laws and customs of war, using terror tactics, targeting attacks on both military and civilian objects. The adversary actively employs operational-tactical aviation and FPV-type quadcopters, carrying out assault operations supported by armored vehicles.

During the day, there were 44 clashes. Overall, the enemy delivered 6 missile and 14 aviation strikes, as well as 13 artillery shelling using rocket systems on Ukrainian troops' positions and residential areas.

Unfortunately, due to Russian terrorist attacks, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population. Private residential and multi-apartment buildings, along with other civilian infrastructure, have been destroyed or damaged.

Frontline situation

The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains complex.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, there have been no significant changes. No signs of forming offensive groups have been detected. Identified units of the Armed Forces of Belarus perform tasks in border areas with Ukraine.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in border areas, conducts sabotage-reconnaissance activities, fires at residential areas from Russian territory, and increases the density of mine-explosive barriers along the Ukrainian state border.

Approximately 15 settlements, including Stepok, Popivka, Kostiantynivka, and Chuikivka in the Sumy region; Udy, Vovchansk, Mala Vovcha, and Potikhonove in the Kharkiv region, were subject to artillery and mortar shelling.

In the Kupiansk direction, Defense Forces repelled 2 enemy attacks near Synkivka and east of Petropavlivka in the Kharkiv region.

Approximately 10 settlements, including Synkivka, Tabaivka, Ivanivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv region, were under artillery and mortar fire.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions. However, they shelled more than 10 settlements, including Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Yampolivka, Verkhniokamianske, and Spirne in the Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, Defense Forces repelled 3 attacks near Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka in the Donetsk region, where the enemy attempted to breach our troops' defense.

Approximately 10 settlements, including Hryhorivka, Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka in the Donetsk region, were shelled.

In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 14 attacks in the areas of Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Avdiivka, and 9 more attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske in the Donetsk region, where the enemy unsuccessfully attempted to improve tactical positions.

Approximately 10 settlements, including Novobakhmutivka, Berdychiv, Stepove, Avdiivka, Severne, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region, were under artillery and mortar fire.

In the Maryinka direction, Defense Forces continue to hold back the occupiers in the areas of Maryinka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with aviation support, attempted 7 times to breach our troops' defense.

The enemy also conducted an aviation strike near Hеorhiivka in the Donetsk region. Settlements such as Hеorhiivka, Pobeda, Novomykhailivka, and Paraskeviivka were under artillery and mortar fire.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy did not engage in offensive operations. However, more than 10 settlements, including Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, and Staromaiorske in the Donetsk region, were shelled.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Defense Forces repelled 7 attacks near Robotyne and northwest of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region, where the enemy unsuccessfully attempted to regain lost ground.

More than 15 settlements, including Poltavka, Chervone, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, and Kamianske in the Zaporizhzhia region, were shelled.

In the operational zone of operational-strategic group Odesa in the Kherson direction, the enemy shelled Novovorontsovka, Beryslav, Tiahynka, Ivanivka, Novotiahynka, Kherson, and Stanislav in the Kherson region, as well as Solonchaky, Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region.

The enemy also conducted an aviation strike in the vicinity of Zmiiivka in the Kherson region.

Successes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

The invaders persist in their intention to eliminate our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro River.

During the day, the enemy carried out 6 unsuccessful assault operations, but Ukrainian soldiers continue to hold the occupied positions and inflict significant losses on the occupiers.

Enemy losses

During the day, the Defense Forces' aviation struck 10 personnel concentration areas and 2 enemy command points.

Missile troops units hit the enemy's air defense system, 4 artillery assets, a radio-electronic warfare station, and 3 enemy command points.

The total number of losses in the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion amounts to 362,280 military personnel.
