Russian attacks

The enemy conducted five missile and 40 aviation strikes, as well as 19 shelling attacks using multiple launch rocket systems on our troops' positions and populated areas.

In addition, the civilian population of Yurkivka in the Zaporizhzhia region and the city of Kremenchuk in the Poltava region were affected by cynical missile strikes. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure suffered damage and destruction.

Frontline situation

The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains challenging. There were 25 combat clashes during the day.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, there have been no significant changes in the operational situation. There are no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups. Identified units of the Belarusian armed forces continue to carry out tasks in the border areas with Ukraine.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas and continues shelling populated areas from Russian territory. More than 20 populated areas, including Bleshnia, Progress, Yanzhulivka in the Chernihiv region; Obody, Kyndrativka, Myropilske, Stepok, Pokrovka, Pozhnia in the Sumy region; and Ohirkeve, Pletenivka, Chuhunivka, Bolohivka in the Kharkiv region, were shelled with artillery and mortar fire.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted an aviation strike near Bolohivka, the Kharkiv region. More than 10 populated areas, including Fiholivka, Lyman Pershyi, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kyslivka, and Tabaivka in the Kharkiv region, came under artillery and mortar fire.

In the Lyman direction, enemy aviation strikes hit areas near Makivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Kopanky, Serebrianka, Spirne in Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas, including Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Verkhniokamianske, Pereizne, and Fedorivka in the Donetsk region, were affected by artillery and mortar fire.

In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian defense forces successfully repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Minkivka, Orihovo-Vasylivka, and Hryhorivka in the Donetsk region. The enemy attempted to regain lost ground near Andriivka in the Donetsk region but was unsuccessful. Aviation strikes were conducted near Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, and Pivnichne in the Donetsk region. Over 25 populated areas, including Orihovo-Vasylivka, Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, and Dyliivka in the Donetsk region, came under artillery and mortar fire.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defense forces successfully repelled an enemy attack in the area of Severne, the Donetsk region. The enemy conducted an aviation strike in the Avdiivka area, the Donetsk region. Nearly 10 populated areas, including Novokalynove, Ocheretyne, Berdychiv, Avdiivka, Orlivka, and Pervomaiske in the Donetsk region, were subjected to artillery and mortar fire.

In the Maryinka direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 11 enemy attacks in the areas of Maryinka and Krasnohorivka in the Donetsk region. The enemy conducted aviation strikes near Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, and Paraskoviivka in the Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas, including Maryinka, Heorhiivka, Hovste, Antonivka, Katerynivka, and Yelyzavetivka in the Donetsk region, were under fire.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy conducted aviation strikes near Vodiane and Vuhledar in the Donetsk region. Nearly 10 populated areas, including Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Niva, Blohodatne, Urozhaine in the Donetsk region, and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region, were affected by artillery and mortar fire.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Ukrainian defense forces successfully repelled an enemy attack in the Robytne area of the Zaporizhzhia region. The enemy conducted aviation strikes near Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. More than 20 populated areas, including Levadne, Bilohiria, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Pavlivka, Lobkove in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Nikopol in the Dnipro region, were shelled.

In the Kherson direction, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the areas of the populated settlements of Kozatske, Odradokamianka, Tiahynka, and Antonivka in the Kherson region. Nearly 10 populated areas in the Kherson region, including Kherson, Mykilske, Sadove, Zelenivka, and Chornobaivka, came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.

Advance by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Ukrainian defense forces continue their offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, conducting offensive (assault) actions in the Bakhmut direction, causing losses to the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, and wearing down the enemy along the entire front line.

Extraordinary events

In the city of Tokmak, the Zaporizhzhia region, the local population continues to suffer from the actions of Russian occupation troops, who, due to delays in receiving their financial support and a lack of food supplies, engage in mass thefts. In particular, the occupiers force civilians to give up their domestic animals, food products, and canned goods.

Russian losses

During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces struck the command headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in temporarily occupied Sevastopol, with 12 strikes on the areas of personnel concentration, armaments, military equipment, and four strikes on the enemy's air defense missile systems.

Rocket troops units targeted two enemy air defense missile systems and four artillery units.
