Extraordinary events

Due to catastrophic losses suffered by the occupiers, and in order to supply the newly formed 25th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Armed Forces, mobilization measures are being carried out among the local population in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk Krais of Russia. This includes active recruitment efforts in vocational schools, technical colleges, and orphanages to enlist Russian military personnel who have completed the mentioned educational institutions.

Upon enlistment in military service, occupation recruiters offer a one-time payment of 600,000 rubles and financial support of at least 200,000 rubles.
