Russian shelling

Over the past day, the enemy launched 5 missile strikes and 34 air strikes, as well as conducted 41 artillery bombardments from multiple rocket launchers on the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian settlements.

Unfortunately, due to Russian terrorist attacks, there have been casualties among the civilian population, and residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have been damaged.

Frontline situation

During the day, there were 26 clashes.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains relatively unchanged.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy conducted an aviation strike in the area of Bobylivka in the Sumy region. Russians also conducted mortar and artillery shelling of more than 25 settlements.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Novoyehorivka in the Luhansk region and launched airstrikes in the areas of Orlianske in the Kharkiv region and Nadiia in the Luhansk region. Settlements such as Dvorichna, Synkivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Spirne and Rozdolivka. Settlements such as Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Spirne, Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region, were shelled by enemy artillery and mortars.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Ivanivka and Bila Hora in the Donetsk region. Over 10 settlements, including Vasiukivka, Minkivka, Markove, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, and New York in the Donetsk region, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions south of Avdiivka in the Donetsk region. Over 10 settlements were shelled by enemy artillery.

In the Maryinka direction, Ukrainian defense forces continued to stop the Russian advance in the areas northeast of Novomykhailivka and Maryinka in the Donetsk region. The enemy conducted an aviation strike in the area of Krasnohorivka in the Donetsk region. Settlements such as Katerynivka, and Yelyzavetivka in the Donetsk region were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy conducted an aviation strike in the area of Staromaiorske in the Donetsk region. Over 10 settlements were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. Over 20 settlements were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Kherson direction, the enemy conducted an aviation strike in the area of Tiahynka in the Kherson region. Over 15 settlements were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

Ukrainian offensive

Ukrainian forces continue their offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, consolidating their positions and carrying out counter-battery measures.

Enemy losses

During the day, Ukrainian defense aviation conducted 1 strike on a command post, 13 strikes on personnel concentration areas, and 3 strikes on enemy air defense missile systems.

The missile troops and artillery units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck 1 command post, 1 personnel concentration area, weapons, and military equipment storage areas, 3 artillery units in firing positions, 1 air defense system, 1 ammunition depot, and 1 radio electronic warfare station of the enemy.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the enemy has already lost 259,160 military personnel.
