During the past 24 hours, there have been over 20 combat engagements on the frontlines. According to the Ukrainian General Staff, the Ukrainian defense forces have successfully destroyed 4 Russian Shahed drones, 8 artillery units, 2 radio-electronic warfare stations, and 2 enemy personnel concentration areas.

Russian attacks

The Russian Federation launched a missile strike on the city of Kharkiv during the night, resulting in a fire outbreak and one person injured.

Over the past 24 hours, the Russians carried out 4 missile strikes, 42 aviation attacks, and conducted 76 missile barrage shelling on Ukrainian troops' positions and civilian settlements. Tragically, there have been casualties and injuries among the civilian population, and residential buildings have been damaged as a result of the latest Russian terrorist attacks. The likelihood of further missile and aviation strikes across Ukraine remains high.

Frontline situation

The operational situation on the Volyn and Polissia directions has not seen significant changes.

On the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy conducted mortar and artillery shelling on more than 40 populated areas, resulting in damage to settlements like Senkivka and Buchky in the Chernihiv region, Seredyna-Buda, and Prohres in the Sumy region, and Vovchansk and Budarky in the Kharkiv region.

On the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian forces steadfastly held their defense and successfully repelled enemy attacks east of Berestove in the Kharkiv region. The enemy's artillery and mortar shelling affected villages of Fiholivka, Novomykhailivka, Zakhidne, Kindrashivka, Kupiansk, and Kyslivka in the Kharkiv region.

On the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted aviation strikes in the regions of Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Ivanivka, Serebrianka, and Spirne in the Donetsk region. Artillery shelling hit Nevske and Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Torske, Spirne, Berestove, and Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region.

On the Bakhmut direction, the enemy carried out aviation strikes in the areas of Klishchiivka, Bila Hora, and Kostiantynivka. More than 20 populated areas, including Vaisukivka, Klishchiivka, Predtechyne, Kostiantynivka, Bila Hora, and Pivnichne in the Donetsk region, were affected by Russian artillery shelling.

On the Avdiivka direction, the enemy conducted an aviation strike in the area of Avdiivka and shelled over 15 populated areas, including Oleksandrivka, Novobakhmutivka, Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Sieverne, Netailove, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region.

On the Maryinka direction, the Ukrainian defense forces continue to hold back the Russian troops' advance in the regions of Maryinka and Pobieda. The enemy shelled over 10 populated areas, including Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka, Heorhiivka, and Hostre in the Donetsk region.

On the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy conducted an aviation strike in the area of Staromykhailivka and shelled the villages of Blahodatne, Vuhledar, and Prechystivka in the Donetsk region.

On the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts to prevent further advancement of Ukrainian troops.

The Russian army launched an aviation strike in the region of Zmiivka in the Kherson region and shelled over 25 populated areas, including Levadne, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Bilohiria, and Kamianske in the Zaporizhzhia region, Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and Dmytrivka, Beryslav, Vesele, Antonivka, Kherson, Berehove, and Veletenske in the Kherson region

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their offensive operations on the Melitopol and Berdiansk directions and consolidate their positions on achieved frontlines.

Russian losses

During the past day, the Ukrainian defense aviation forces carried out 7 strikes on Russian personnel concentration areas. Additionally, Ukrainian military have destroyed 4 Shahed-136 attack UAVs and 4 reconnaissance UAVs of the tactical level.

The missile and artillery units targeted the enemy's anti-aircraft missile complex, 8 artillery units on firing positions, 2 radio-electronic warfare stations, and 2 enemy personnel concentration areas.

In other news, Russia continues its illegal integration of temporarily occupied territories into its informational environment. Russian military personnel arrived in the town of Milove in the Luhansk region to connect the city's communication and internet networks to Russian providers, laying communication cables from the territory of the Russian Federation.
