During the night attack on August 28, Russia even struck diplomats, violating the Vienna Convention, according to Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiрa on Twitter (X).

Today, under attack by the terrorist state, not only civilian facilities but also diplomatic institutions were targeted. In particular, the European Union's mission building in Ukraine was damaged.

"During the night strike, Russia also targeted diplomats — in direct breach of the Vienna Convention. The EU mission to Ukraine was damaged. This requires not only the EU’s, but worldwide condemnation. We express solidarity with our EU colleagues and are ready to provide assistance," said Sybiha.
