Russia strikes Vyshhorod leaving casualties and damaged high-rise: Consequences reported

On the night of November 29–30, the Russian forces struck the residential and industrial sectors of Vyshhorod in the Kyiv region. As a result of the attack, buildings were destroyed, fires broke out, and there were casualties, according to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service.
What the Russian forces used
On the evening of November 29, after 11:00 p.m. Kyiv time, an air-raid alert was declared in Kyiv amid a drone attack. Shortly afterward, information emerged that the enemy had targeted Vyshhorod with drones.

“As a result of the attack, a fire and partial destruction occurred in a high-rise building: flames engulfed apartments from the 1st to the 6th floor of the nine-story building,” the statement said.
In addition, fires and destruction were reported in private homes, and parked cars were damaged. Firefighting efforts are currently underway at one of the industrial enterprises.
“All emergency services are working on-site. A resilience center has been set up, and a headquarters for responding to the missile attack has been established. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service and representatives of the Ukrainian Red Cross are involved to provide support,” the rescuers added.

The State Emergency Service also reported that one person died and five others were injured as a result of the attack. However, according to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, there are already 11 injured in Vyshhorod, including one child.
Attack on the Kyiv region
On the night of November 29, a combined attack was carried out against Ukraine. The main target of the enemy was Kyiv, and the Kyiv region was also affected. In particular, 14 people were injured in five districts of the region.
In Brovary, a fire broke out last night, and destruction occurred on the top two floors of a nine-story building. Private homes and vehicles were also damaged.
In the Bucha district, there were also consequences: cars were destroyed, and residential buildings were damaged. In addition, gas infrastructure and a Nova Poshta branch were damaged.
