Russia strikes Ukraine with 8 missiles and 32 drones: Air defense's work reported
On the night of September 25, the Russians attacked Kharkiv region with an S-300 anti-aircraft guided missile and 3 missiles of an unspecified type, the Odesa region with 4 Kh-59/69 guided missiles, as well as 32 Shahed drones, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, mobile fire groups, and electronic warfare units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces were involved in repelling the Russian air attack.
Ukrainian air defense destroyed 28 Russian drones and 4 Kh-59/69 guided missiles were shot down. 4 more Russian drones were lost in several regions of Ukraine (no information on casualties or damage was received).
Ukrainian air defense operated in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Sumy, Poltava, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Kherson regions.
On the evening of September 24, Russian invaders once again attacked Zaporizhzhia, destroyed houses, and injured 6 people.
