Russia strikes Ukraine with 53 drones overnight: Air defense's work reported
On the night of December 6, Russia attacked Ukraine with 53 drones. Ukrainian air defense destroyed 32 of them, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Last night, Russia launched 53 units of Shahed-type attack UAVs and other drones from Russia's Oryol.
Units of anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare, and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved in repelling the Russian attack. As of 7 a.m. Kyiv time, the destruction of 32 Russian drones was confirmed in the Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, and Zhytomyr regions:
