Russia strikes Ukraine with 2 missiles and 131 drones overnight: Air defense's work reported

On the night of March 31, the Russian army launched 131 attack drones and two ballistic missiles at Ukraine. Air defense forces shot down some of the drones, the Ukrainian Air Force says.
On the night of March 31, 2025, from 8 p.m. on March 30, Russia attacked Ukraine with 2 Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Kursk region. It also launched 131 Shahed-type drones and various types of imitation drones from the directions of:
- Millerovo;
- Kursk
- Bryansk
- Oryol;
- Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
The Russian air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 9 a.m. on March 31, 57 Shahed attack drones and other types of drones were confirmed to have been shot down in the north, east, and center of Ukraine.
Also, 45 Russian imitator drones were lost locally, without negative consequences. However, Sumy, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Zhytomyr regions were struck by the Russian attack.

On Sunday evening, March 30, the Russian army launched Shahed-type drones at Ukraine. Russian attack drones entered Ukraine from 5 directions.
During the Russian drone attack on Kyiv, an air raid alert was announced twice. According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, Russian occupiers launched almost 50 drones at Ukraine.
In addition, last night there was a warning about the threat of a ballistic strike.
Also, last night, Russians attacked Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia region. According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, the Russian attack damaged country houses and a power line.
