Russia strikes Ukraine with 2 missiles and 29 drones: Air defense's work reported
On the night of November 15, Russia fired 2 missiles and 29 Shaheds at Ukraine. Most of the targets were shot down in the Odesa region, according to the Ukrainian Air Force.
Last night, Russia attacked the Odesa region with 2 Kh-59/69 guided missiles from the Black Sea. Russians also launched 29 Shaheds from the Prymorsko-Akhtarsk area.
As of 8:30 a.m. Kyiv time, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed a missile and 25 drones.
Most of the air targets were shot down in the Odesa region. Air defense was also active in the Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, and Ternopil regions.
In the morning, the Ukrainian Air Force reported that Russia had sent eight Tu-95MS bombers into the sky. Monitoring groups report possible missile launches, but it is assumed that these could have been simulated launches.
Russian shelling of Odesa
On the evening of November 14, Russia once again attacked Odesa and the region. According to local authorities, an apartment building was destroyed and a fire broke out in the center of Odesa.
Also, in high-rise buildings, about 30 cars were damaged, and a fire broke out on the territory of a public institution and a two-story building. In addition, a pipeline was damaged.
A 35-year-old woman was killed in the Russian attack. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 10 people were injured. Among the injured is a 9-year-old boy. The injured 22-year-old is in bad condition.
