On the night of Monday, May 12, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with 108 Shahed attack drones. Four regions were targeted, according to the Ukrainian Air Force.

Starting at 11 p.m. Kyiv time on May 11, Russia attacked Ukraine with 108 Shahed-type attack drones and various types of imitation drones.

Russia launched drones from Bryansk, Orel, Shatalovo, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and from Cape Chauda in the occupied Crimea.

Russian air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

As of 8:30 a.m. Kyiv time, 55 Shahed attack drones and other types of drones were confirmed to have been shot down in the east, north, south, and center of the country. Also, 30 Russian imitator drones were lost locally, without negative consequences.

Odesa, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, and Zhytomyr regions were affected by the Russian attack.

Russian last drone attack

On the night of May 11, the Russian army launched 108 drones at Ukraine after the end of the so-called three-day truce period, which was unilaterally declared by Moscow.

Russian drone strikes in the Kyiv region injured one.
