On September 3, Russian troops attacked Lozova in the Kharkiv region. Most of the city is still without electricity, according to Mayor Serhii Zelenskyy.

"Restoration work is continuing in Lozova after the Russian attack. Energy workers are working around the clock, but the situation remains difficult. Most of Lozova's residents are still without electricity. There are no hourly power supply schedules or reliable forecasts yet," the mayor said.

According to him, critical infrastructure is functioning, with some parts running on alternative sources. Water is being supplied without interruption.

"The only thing is that as a result of the Russian strike and power surges, an emergency has arisen on the section of the network located on the large dam. Lozova Water Service crews are repairing the break," Zelenskyy added.

He also stressed that the resilience centers continue to operate. Several thousand residents used them yesterday.

According to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, as of this morning, Lozova is using rotational connections to the power grid. Subscribers are supplied with electricity for three hours, after which the electricity is transferred to another area. However, there may be disruptions in the schedule.
