Russia strikes shopping center in Ukraine's Sumy twice

In downtown Sumy, Russia struck a shopping center again, one that had just been closed for repairs following yesterday's Russian attack, according to Serhii Kryvosheiko, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
Repeated Russian strike
Russians attacked a shopping center building in downtown Sumy with a rocket-powered drone.
The facility had been closed just the day before for repairs following the first Russian strike.
As a result of the new Russian strike, a fire broke out in the building. Firefighters are carefully containing the blaze, as there is a risk of further strikes on the same location.
No reports of casualties have been received so far. The extent of the damage to the building is still being assessed.
On the evening of September 9, Russian forces first attacked this shopping center with a drone.
3 people were killed in the Russian attack, and among the 14 injured were 3 children.
Meanwhile, on the morning of September 10, the management of the Manufactura shopping center announced that the facility would be temporarily closed due to significant damage.
The company has not yet announced a date for resuming operations.
