Russian forces deliberately attacked educational institutions in the Fastiv and Bucha districts of the Kyiv region. There is damage to buildings and injuries, according to a statement by Tymur Tkachenko, Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.

Russia attacks school and kindergarten

On October 8, the enemy struck a school in one of the communities of the Bucha district, says Tkachenko.

"As a result of the attack, windows, sports, and playgrounds were damaged. Most importantly, at the time of the strike, children and teachers were in shelters. Fortunately, no one was injured," he clarified.

Russian units also struck the Fastiv district.

"Debris from an enemy target fell on the territory of a kindergarten. Fortunately, the children were already at home at that time. However, a security guard and a facility manager were injured. They are receiving necessary medical assistance," the official said.

In the Bucha district, the enemy attacked warehouse facilities. As a result of the attack, three people were injured.

Furthermore, on the evening of October 2, as a result of a Russian drone attack on Hostomel in Kyiv region, four people were injured, including an 8-year-old girl.
