Russia strikes Odesa region port infrastructure, causing damage

Russian troops struck port infrastructure in Odesa region on the morning of January 10. An empty tank was damaged, and insulation caught fire, according to a Telegram post by Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper.
"Early in the morning on January 10, the enemy struck industrial infrastructure in Odesa district," Kiper said.
According to him, as a result of the attack on the territory of a port enterprise, an empty tank was damaged and insulation caught fire. No information on fatalities or injuries has been reported so far.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, all relevant services are working at the scene. The consequences of the attack are being clarified.
Shelling of Ukraine
As a reminder, on the night of January 10, Russia attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 121 attack drones from various directions. Air defense forces managed to shoot down 94 enemy drones.
Hits by a ballistic missile and 27 attack drones were recorded at 15 locations, as well as the fall of downed drones (debris) at one location.
In particular, Russian troops carried out another attack on Kryvyi Rih, striking several infrastructure facilities.
Due to the nighttime shelling, some neighborhoods of the Saksahanskyi district and parts of the Pokrovskyi district remain without electricity. Emergency repair works continued throughout the night and are currently ongoing.
As a result of the shelling, two people were injured, one of them is in moderate condition.
