Russia strikes Kyiv's Lukianivka again, causing fresh destruction

Russian forces targeted Kyiv with drones again on Saturday evening, September 26. The strike damaged buildings in two districts of the capital and injured a woman, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Rescuers say the attack damaged the facade of a five-story residential building in the Solomianskyi district.
"An emergency gas service was also working at the scene. Rescuers freed a door blocked by the blast wave. The injured woman was handed over to medics," the statement said.
In addition, a fire broke out in a non-residential building in the Lukianivka area of the Shevchenkivskyi district following this Russian attack. Firefighters extinguished the fire over an area of 30 square meters.
The State Emergency Service also released photos from both districts showing what the buildings and courtyards look like after the attack.

Kyiv under Russian fire
As reported, Russian troops have been attacking Kyiv very intensively in recent weeks. In particular, they have deliberately targeted data centers in recent days.
This morning, Russia struck the Cosmonova data center. The attack disrupted broadcasts of several TV channels and the operations of internet providers.
As also reported, an Auchan store at Lavina Mall in Kyiv was damaged in an overnight Russian attack on September 26.
