On Sunday, March 30, Russian troops struck the center of Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region with a guided air bomb. As a result of the attack, there are casualties, Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reports.

Syniehubov informed that the enemy hit a residential building. People may be trapped under the rubble.

"As a result of the strike on the five-story residential building, a 53-year-old woman was injured... A car also caught fire, and five other cars were damaged. All relevant services are working at the scene," stated the Head of the Regional Military Administration.

Shortly afterward, Syniehubov clarified that, in addition to the 53-year-old woman, two more people were injured - a 61-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man.

Syniehubov informed that the number of injured has increased to 4 people.

"Medics provided assistance to a 68-year-old woman who had an acute stress reaction," Syniehubov informed.

Yesterday evening, Russian troops also shelled Kupiansk. As a result of the strikes, a private house and an outbuilding, covering an area of 70 square meters, caught fire. At least a 54-year-old woman and a 55-year-old man were injured.
