“Two victims are currently known. They are a 32-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman. They are in the hospital in moderate condition,” says Lysak.
According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the administrative building was partially destroyed, and 2 residential two-story buildings were damaged.
13 wounded, including children
A little later, the number of wounded in Kryvyi Rih increased sharply - up to 13 people.
“At the moment we know about 13 wounded, including two children and two adults in serious condition. All are being provided with the necessary medical care,” Vilkul said.
According to him, Russians hit the administrative building with a rocket.
“An emergency rescue operation has been launched. All operational and utility services are working at the site. According to preliminary information, about 10 residential buildings were also damaged,” he added.

15 injured
Around 11:40 a.m. Kyiv time, it was reported that the number of injured in Kryvyi Rih had increased to 15 people.
“15 injured in Kryvyi Rih. Among them are 2 teenagers. A 17-year-old boy is hospitalized. Another boy, who is 16 years old, was treated on the spot,” said Lysak.
In total, according to him, 9 people were hospitalized.

17 injured
After noon Kyiv time, the number of victims in Kryvyi Rih increased to 16 people. According to rescuers, there are 2 children among the victims. Three more people were rescued.
“The State Emergency Service units continue to inspect the damaged buildings,” the rescuers said.
At about 1 p.m. Kyiv time the number of victims increased again - up to 17.
“According to the updated information, there are 17 victims in Kryvyi Rih. 10 of them are in hospital. A 38-year-old woman is in a serious condition. She has cut wounds on her head,” noted Lysak.
Russian attacks on Kryvyi Rih
After 10 a.m. Kyiv time, explosions were heard in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region. Before that, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of a ballistic missile threat. The threat was canceled around 11 a.m. Kyiv time.
Russia attacks Kryvyi Rih constantly. This is the second time that the attack on Kryvyi Rih coincides with the shelling of Dnipro. On the morning of November 21, Russians fired missiles at Dnipro, injuring 2 people. An enterprise and a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities were also damaged.
