Russia strikes enterprise in Ukraine's Chernihiv with drones

On October 16, Russia attacked Chernihiv after reports of a drone threat. There are reports of an attack on one of the enterprises, according to the head of the Chernihiv city military administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi.
"Russia attacked one of the city's enterprises. There is no information about casualties," Bryzhinskyi wrote on Thursday morning.
Before the Russian attack, monitoring channels reported a threat of drones in the city, and the media wrote about explosions.
So far, there is no information from rescuers or law enforcement agencies about the strike on the enterprise.
Since the beginning of this day, an air raid alert has been declared twice in the Chernihiv region.
Russian attacks on Chernihiv and region
On the night of October 16, Russia attacked Nizhyn in the Chernihiv region with drones. One of the logistics facilities and a multi-story residential building came under fire.
Authorities reported that drones hit 2 residential buildings in Nizhyn, as well as a building housing a store and a Nova Poshta branch.
The day before, a drone crash caused a fire at one of the civilian infrastructure facilities in Chernihiv.
On October 15, Russian troops struck gas stations in Chernihiv and its suburbs with Lantset drones.
Due to the previous regular massive Russian strikes on the Chernihiv region, hourly power outages continue to occur in the region.
However, the power system is still preparing for winter: repair and modernization work is continuing, equipment reserves are being accumulated, and the protection of critical infrastructure is being strengthened.
