Last night, the Dnipropetrovsk region came under Russian drone attacks. An infrastructure facility was damaged, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.

Russia attacked the Samarivskyi district came under Russian attack. The infrastructure is damaged there. 24 rescuers and seven pieces of equipment were involved in the aftermath of the Russian strike.

There was a fire, and rescuers have now extinguished the fire. The strike damaged 6 apartment buildings and a shop.

Attacks on other areas of region

Also, last night, Russia attacked the Nikopol district with drones and heavy artillery. They hit Nikopol itself, Marhanets, and Pokrovske communities. Administrative buildings, an industrial enterprise, a private house, and a bus were damaged.

The Russian army also attacked the Synelnykivskyi district, namely the Mezhova community. 2 private houses and an outbuilding were damaged there.

No one was killed or injured.

Russian night attack on Ukraine

On the night of Tuesday, April 8, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 46 drones of various types.

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, 9 Russian Shahed attack drones and other types of drones were confirmed to have been shot down in the east and north of Ukraine.
