On the night of January 31, Russian occupants attacked Chornomorsk, Odesa region, with drones. Damages were recorded in the city, including the doctor who performed the surgery, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

For the third night in a row, Russia attacked the Odesa region with attack drones. Previous attacks were aimed at the Izmail district.

In Chornomorsk, a Russian nighttime attack damaged the city hospital, a private residential building, an administrative building, a grain warehouse, and trucks. 4 people were injured in the Russian drone attack, one of them a doctor who was performing surgery during the attack.

“All of the wounded are in moderate condition. 2 are hospitalized, and the rest are being treated on an outpatient basis,” said the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

Russian attack also caused problems with the electricity supply to parts of Chornomorsk and the suburbs. Power engineers are working to restore electricity.

On the night of January 30, Russians sent drones to the Izmail district of the Odesa region. Houses, a grain warehouse, a hospital, and cars were damaged.

Russian drone attack on January 31

That night, Russia launched 102 drones at Ukraine from 5 directions. Ukrainian air defense forces were operating in 12 regions of Ukraine.

Ukrainian soldiers shot down 59 Russian drones, and another 37 Russian imitator drones were lost.

Russia struck Sumy, Odesa, and Cherkasy regions. It was also reported that the fragments of a Russian drone fell on a house in Kyiv. However, local authorities later reported that the information was not confirmed.
