The city of Pryluky in Ukraine's Chernihiv region came under a drone attack. Russian forces attacked a British American Tobacco factory, Suspilne reports.

The media outlet cites employees of the company, who said that the roof of the cigarette production facility caught fire. Firefighters are currently extinguishing the blaze.

According to eyewitnesses, all employees were in a shelter at the time, and no one was injured. One woman had an acute stress reaction. She received assistance.

An air raid alert was declared in Pryluky at 11:35 AM. Later, two loud explosions and a third, weaker one were heard in the city, and a thick cloud of black smoke rose into the air. The Ukrainian Air Force had warned that enemy drones were moving toward the city.

Police released footage from the site of the strike on the tobacco factory in Pryluky, Chernihiv region.

According to preliminary information, a local woman who was at a nearby bus stop was injured.

Police investigative teams, forensic experts, community police officers, and all emergency services are working at the scene.
