Russia strikes administrative services center in Kharkiv, number of wounded increased
The building of the Center for Administrative Services was damaged by the Russian attack in Kharkiv. Among the victims are employees of the institution, according to the Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
“Preliminary, it was an S-400 missile. Russia struck near the building of the Kharkiv City Administration. The Center for the Provision of Administrative Services is located here,” Terekhov said.
Among the victims are visitors and employees of the center.
According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, the number of wounded as of 11:44 a.m. Kyiv time increased to 23 people, 14 of whom were hospitalized.
Among them (the victims - ed.), 5 patients are in the surgical department, five are being treated on an outpatient basis, and two are being sent for neurosurgical treatment. Two more people are being examined.
Russian attack on Kharkiv
In the morning, Russians launched a rocket attack on the central part of Kharkiv. The mayor reported that the Kyivskyi district of the city was shelled. Russian attack damaged civilian infrastructure and cars.
Later, Syniehubov said that, according to preliminary information, Russians attacked the city with an S-400 missile.
