Shelling of Kharkiv

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia has regularly shelled Ukrainian cities and villages, causing significant destruction and civilian casualties. The strikes are carried out using missiles, artillery, kamikaze drones, and aviation, often targeting critical infrastructure, residential areas, hospitals, schools, and energy facilities. Regions close to the front line, such as Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, and Kherson, suffer the most.

Recently, the Kharkiv City Council reported that Russia has started using a new type of weaponry against Kharkiv.
