Russia shells infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia region
In a massive Russian attack on Ukraine, Russian drones and missiles attacked Vinnytsia region on March 22. An infrastructure facility was hit, according to Serhii Borzov, head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration.
"The enemy used hybrid tactics of UAVs and cruise missiles. There was a hit to an infrastructure facility," he says.
Earlier, the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration asked residents of the region to stay in shelters during the air alert.
"Ukrainian Defense Forces are working in the region," Borzov states.
