Russia shells infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia region

In a massive Russian attack on Ukraine, Russian drones and missiles attacked Vinnytsia region on March 22. An infrastructure facility was hit, according to Serhii Borzov, head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration.
"The enemy used hybrid tactics of UAVs and cruise missiles. There was a hit to an infrastructure facility," he says.
Earlier, the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration asked residents of the region to stay in shelters during the air alert.
"Ukrainian Defense Forces are working in the region," Borzov states.
Russian shelling of Ukraine
Early in the morning of March 22, Russian troops launched a massive shelling of Ukraine. An air raid alert was declared across the country. Explosions were heard in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, where a series of explosions were heard, Kharkiv, and Kryvyi Rih. In Kharkiv and Dnipro, there were power outages, and in Kryvyi Rih, emergency blackout schedules were introduced. Information about the consequences of the strikes continues to come in.
