On the night of June 19, Russia launched an attack on Ukraine using 90 strike drones. Ukrainian air defenses managed to shoot down most of the aerial targets, although some strikes were recorded, according to the Ukrainian Air Force.

Russian forces launched 90 attack drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, Banderol, and Parodiya decoy drones, from the directions of Bryansk, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, as well as Hvardiiske in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The aerial assault was repelled by aviation units, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems forces, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data as of 8:30 a.m., Ukrainian air defenses had shot down or suppressed 79 enemy drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, Banderol, and other types of UAVs, across northern, southern, and eastern regions of the country.

A total of nine strike drones hit targets at eight locations. Debris from downed drones was also reported at eight separate locations.

"The attack is ongoing, and enemy drones remain in Ukrainian airspace. Please follow safety guidelines," the Air Force warned.

On the morning of June 18, Russia launched a ballistic missile attack on Dnipro. Ten people were reported injured.

The enemy also struck an energy facility in the Poltava region. As a result, part of the local population was left without electricity, while energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power to homes.

During the night of June 18, Russia attacked Ukraine with more than 200 strike drones and seven ballistic missiles. Nearly 30 impacts were recorded as a result of the assault.
