Ukrainian military inflicted significant losses on Russian occupation forces and continues to carry out defensive and counteroffensive tasks, inflicting significant losses on the Russian troops in various directions, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to September 22, 2025, are estimated to be:

  • Personnel - approximately 1,102,570 (+960) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • Tanks - 11,194 (+1);
  • Troop-carrying AFVs - 23,282 (+1);
  • Artillery systems - 32,999 (+47);
  • MLRS - 1,493 (+1);
  • Anti-aircraft systems - 1,218;
  • Aircraft - 422;
  • Helicopters - 344 (+3);
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 62,001 (+403);
  • Cruise missiles - 3,747;
  • Warships/boats - 28;
  • Submarines - 1;
  • Vehicles and fuel tanks - 62,362 (+118);
  • Special equipment - 3,969.

Over the past day, Russian troops have carried out 46 air strikes and dropped 85 guided bombs. They also used 2,480 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,636 shellings of populated areas and Ukrainian military positions.

Currently, the Pokrovsk direction is the most intense, while in Toretsk, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already repelled all Russian attacks.
