Over the past 24 hours, from September 6 to 7, the Russian army has lost 790 soldiers and 161 units of military equipment on the front, according to the Ukrainian General Staff.

The total estimated combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to September 7, 2025, are approximately:

  • Personnel - approximately 1,08,150 (+970) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • Tanks - 11,163 (+2);
  • Troop-carrying AFVs - 23,254 (+11);
  • Artillery systems - 32,516 (+42);
  • MLRS - 1,481 (+1);
  • Anti-aircraft systems - 1,217;
  • Aircraft - 422;
  • Helicopters - 341;
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 56,817 (+294);
  • Cruise missiles - 3,686;
  • Warships/boats - 28;
  • Submarines - 1;
  • Vehicles and fuel tanks - 61,054 (+104);
  • Special equipment - 3,961 (+4).

Combined Russian attack – September 7

Last night, the Russian army carried out a massive attack on Ukraine using Shahed drones, as well as cruise and ballistic missiles.

The strikes damaged residential buildings in two districts of Kyiv. More than 10 people were injured, and two civilians were killed, including an infant.

Additionally, Kyiv was targeted by cruise missiles. The impact caused a thick column of black smoke to rise over the city.
