Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine as of September 19 amounted to 520 occupants, bringing the total number of Russian army losses since the beginning of the invasion to 273, 460. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 35 artillery systems, 15 drones and 17 missiles, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Frontline situation
According to the General Staff, Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) continue to advance on two fronts and have repelled over 10 enemy attacks in the Maryinka area. There were 35 combat engagements in the past 24 hours in that area. Russia continues to deploy conscripts to temporarily occupied territories. Specifically, as reported by the Institute for the Study of War, during a successful advance south of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region, the UAF defeated elite enemy units.
