Over the past 24 hours, from October 12 to 13, the Russians lost another 1,140 troops on the front line. The Ukrainian Defense Forces also destroyed 21 artillery systems and 109 vehicles, according to the report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to October 13, 2025, are approximately:

  • Personnel – about 1,123,950 (+1,140) wounded/eliminated;
  • Tanks – 11,251 (+3) units;
  • Troop carrying AFVs – 23,345 units;
  • Artillery systems – 33,599 (+21) units;
  • MLRS – 1,520 (+2) units;
  • Anti-aircraft systems – 1,225 units;
  • Aircraft – 427 units;
  • Helicopters – 346 units;
  • UAV operational-tactical level – 69,242 (+232) units;
  • Cruise missiles – 3,859 units;
  • Warships/boats – 28 units;
  • Submarines – 1 unit;
  • Vehicles and fuel tanks – 64,043 (+109) units;
  • Special equipment – 3,977 units.

Situation at the front

According to an Institute for the Study of War (ISW) assessment, on October 11, Russia continued its offensive along the entire front line.

In particular, the enemy advanced in the Sumy direction, as well as in the Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, and also toward Velykyi Burluk, and in the Kupiansk, Borivske, Lyman, and Siversk directions.

However, experts noted that the enemy is making almost no progress anywhere.
