Russia's losses in Ukraine as of November 1: +900 troops and 349 UAVs

As of November 1, Ukraine continues to record significant losses of the Russian army on the front line. The latest data from the General Staff show an increase in destroyed equipment and enemy personnel.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 1, 2025, are estimated to be:
- Personnel - about 1,142,730 (+900) Russian troops
- Tanks - 11,316 (+6)
- Troop-carrying AFVs - 23,521 (+2)
- Artillery systems - 34,137 (+9)
- MLRS - 1,534 (+1)
- Anti-aircraft systems - 1,235 (+2)
- Aircraft - 428
- Helicopters - 346
- UAV operational-tactical level - 76,704 (+349)
- Cruise missiles - 3,917 (+37)
- Warships/boats - 28
- Submarines - 1
- Vehicles and fuel tanks - 66,169 (+58)
- Special equipment - 3,987 (+1).
It should be noted that European media report that Russian intelligence services are increasingly resorting to tactics resembling the recruitment methods once used by the terrorist organization ISIS. According to journalists, the main tools are social media and the spread of disinformation, through which intelligence services attempt to influence vulnerable groups and attract supporters.
It is also noted that Russia has significantly increased the production of BTR-82 armored personnel carriers, effectively resuming large-scale manufacturing of equipment developed back in the Soviet era.
