In the past day, November 28, Ukrainian military forces eliminated 2,030 Russian invaders. Lately, this is a record for the number of Russian soldiers killed. Since the beginning of the invasion, Russia's losses have already exceeded 738,000 military personnel, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 29, 2024, are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 738,660 (+2,030) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • tanks - 9,458 (+8);
  • armored personnel vehicle - 19,339 (+33);
  • artillery systems - 20,886 (+34);
  • MLRS - 1,255;
  • anti-aircraft warfare systems - 1,006 (+1);
  • airplanes - 369;
  • helicopters - 329;
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 19,750 (+89);
  • cruise missiles - 2,851 (+86);
  • warships/boats - 28;
  • submarines - 1;
  • motor vehicles and fuel tanks - 30,272 (+86);
  • special equipment - 3,700 (+3).

Situation on the front

In the past day, 207 combat clashes were recorded on the front. The most intense fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions.

As of the evening of November 28, 188 combat encounters had been recorded. The situation in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions remains tense, as the enemy is concentrating its main offensive efforts there.
