Ukraine’s Defense Forces eliminated more than 1,000 Russian invaders in a single day, bringing the total enemy personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion to over 730,000 soldiers, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 23, 2024, are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 730,740 (+1,020) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • tanks - 9423 (+4);
  • armored personnel vehicle - 19,209 (+17);
  • artillery systems - 20,765 (+5);
  • MLRS - 1254;
  • anti-aircraft warfare systems - 1,004;
  • aircraft - 369;
  • helicopters - 329;
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 19,366 (+1);
  • cruise missiles - 2,764;
  • warships/boats - 28;
  • submarines - 1;
  • vehicles and fuel tanks - 29,864 (+14);
  • special equipment - 3,679 (+1).

Recently, the British outlet BBC News reported that the rate of Russian fatalities in the war against Ukraine has reached record highs since the conflict began.

Additionally, on November 22, an RBC-Ukraine source in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine revealed the current size of Russian forces in Ukraine, estimating the enemy group at approximately 574,000–575,000 personnel.
