Russia's losses in Ukraine as of November 9: 1080 troops and 15 tanks
Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine as of Wednesday, November 9, amounted to 1,080 occupiers, with the total number of casualties in the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion reaching 308,720 military personnel. Additionally, the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) have destroyed 36 enemy artillery systems and disabled 15 tanks, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The overall Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to November 9, 2023, are estimated as follows:

Frontline situation
Ukrainian soldiers repelled 30 enemy attacks on the Bakhmut direction, inflicted fire damage on the enemy's rear areas in the Kherson direction, and disabled 8 enemy artillery systems.
Furthermore, Ukrainian forces continue their offensive operations on the Melitopol direction. Ukrainian troops, supported by armored vehicles, have been conducting attacks near Robotyne and Verbove in the past few days.
