Russian losses on the front lines have now exceeded 474,000 soldiers. In just the last day, Ukrainian defenders have eliminated 860 Russians, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat Russian losses from 24.02.22 to 05.05.24 are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 474,260 (+860) people were killed;
  • tanks - 7,375 (+9) units;
  • armored combat vehicles - 14,179 (+18) units;
  • artillery systems - 12,212 (+21) units;
  • MLRS - 1057 (+1) units;
  • air defense systems - 790 (+2) units;
  • airplanes - 349 (+1) units;
  • helicopters - 325 units;
  • UAVs of operational and tactical level - 9,636 (+25) units;
  • cruise missiles - 2,147 (+1) units;
  • ships/boats - 26 units;
  • submarines - 1 unit;
  • motor vehicles and tankers - 16,418 (+37) units;
  • special equipment - 2,002 (+4) units.

Russia's losses will increase

It is worth reminding that the Putin regime conceals the losses of its occupying forces in Ukraine, including both personnel and equipment. Furthermore, Moscow lies about Ukrainian losses.

British intelligence predicts that Russia's losses in the war will increase over the next two months. In the UK, it is believed that the reason will be offensive operations, which the occupiers are likely to intensify in the near future.
