Over the past day, on March 6, the Defense Forces eliminated about 1,150 Russian soldiers. Dozens of combat armored vehicles (BAVs) were also destroyed, according to the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to March 7, 2025, are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 882950 (+1150) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • tanks - 10264 (+3);
  • troop-carrying AFVs - 21334 (+23);
  • artillery systems - 24124 (+16);
  • MLRS - 1306;
  • air defense systems - 1096;
  • aircraft - 370;
  • helicopters - 331;
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 28024 (+95);
  • cruise missiles - 3,085;
  • warships/boats - 28;
  • submarines - 1;
  • vehicles and fuel tanks - 39678 (+72);
  • special equipment - 3,769.

Meanwhile, the operational-strategic group of troops Khortytsia showcased the work of drone operators who destroyed an enemy ammunition depot and military equipment in the Kharkiv region.

Recently, the Defense Forces also destroyed more than a dozen units of enemy equipment and a Russian electronic warfare (EW) system in the Lyman direction.

At the beginning of January, Ukrainian fighters used an FPV drone to strike the Russian Pole-21 EW complex.
