Frontline situation

Russian forces have intensified assaults across multiple fronts in the Pokrovsk agglomeration, focusing on advances near Hryshyne and toward Rodynske using light vehicles, ATVs, and small infantry groups. Ukrainian troops are repelling daily attacks, with ongoing small-arms fighting in central Hryshyne, while blocking enemy advances from the east and north of Pokrovsk. Despite increased use of guided bombs and drones, Ukrainian forces continue to hold positions and have destroyed several Russian artillery systems in recent days.

Overnight on March 28, Ukrainian forces struck the Promsintez explosives plant in Russia's Samara region with FP-5 Flamingo missiles, causing a confirmed explosion in the production area, the General Staff said. The facility, which produces large volumes of military-grade explosives, was destroyed, though the full extent of the damage is still being assessed.
