Russia's losses in Ukraine as of June 30: +1,070 troops, helicopters, missiles

In the past 24 hours, from June 29 to 30, the Russian army lost an additional 1,070 soldiers in battles against Ukraine. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also destroyed dozens of enemy cruise missiles and helicopters, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to June 30, 2025, are estimated to be
- personnel - about 1,020,010 (+1,070) people wounded/killed;
- tanks - 10,980 (+4) units;
- troop-carrying AFVs - 22,922 (+7) units;
- artillery systems - 29,718 (+29) units;
- MLRS - 1,427 (+2) units;
- anti-aircraft systems - 1,189 units;
- aircraft - 420 units;
- helicopters - 340 (+3) units;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 42,796 (+172) units;
- cruise missiles - 3,436 (+42) units;
- warships/boats - 28 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 53,593 (+85) units;
- special equipment - 3,921 units.
The situation at the front
Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on June 29, there were 104 combat engagements along the front, with the most intense enemy assaults occurring in the Pokrovsk direction.
The General Staff also confirmed preliminary results of the strike on the Kirovske airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea, reporting the destruction of a Pantsir-S1 air defense missile system and Mi-8, Mi-26, and Mi-28 helicopters.
ISW analysts noted that Russian forces continue offensive operations, while Ukrainian troops have made advances in the northern part of the Sumy region and around Chasiv Yar.
