The toll on Russian forces continues to mount as fighting remains intense along the front line. Ukraine’s military has released updated estimates of Moscow’s personnel and equipment losses over the past day.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to June 22, 2026, are estimated to be:

  • Unmanned ground vehicles ‒ 1,712 (+9)
  • Artillery systems ‒ 44,530 (+51)
  • MLRS ‒ 1,886 (+1)
  • Air defense assets ‒ 1,437 (+2)
  • Aircraft ‒ 436
  • Helicopters ‒ 353
  • UAVs (operational-tactical level) ‒ 366,164 (+2,015)

Frontline situation

Ukrainian forces struck several important targets near the Crimean Bridge and in occupied Crimea. The strikes hit military logistics facilities, the oil industry, and the air defense systems at a distance of about 300 km from the front line.

Meanwhile, fuel sales halted at all gas stations across Crimea starting June 21.
